Hi there!

First off, thank you for checking my blog out. Secondly, I apologize for all of my gramatical errors. I know some of you viewers are sensitive to punctuation and spelling, but unfortunately I am hopelessly flawed in that department. 

My original intention for this blog was to exclusively post visual art, sort of a way to get my perspective out there while eluding my terrible writing skills. That obviously didn't happen. Instead, it's evolved into a place where I collect thoughts regarding faith and or creativity. I'll also post some of my work for my own motivation, accountability and evidence of personal growth.

At the moment, I'm getting back into painting after a few years of neglect. Oil-Painting, for me, it's challenging and revealing. However, I've discovered that the act its self holds more value than the end result. I've learned (the hard way) to receive your gift with open hands. Don't bury it, hoard it or throw it away. May we be multi-faceted gemstones that catch then reflect His light directly to the kingdom.
